External Advisors

Smedvig Asset Allocation AS does its own portfolio management. The company has hired two external advisors. These advisors are Grieg Investor ASA and Fortune Asset Management Limited. Grieg Investor ASA is supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway and Fortune Asset Management is monitored by the FSA in the UK. All investment decisions are made by Smedvig Asset Allocation AS. A great portion of the assets under management are invested in mutual funds or hedge funds, and are thus indirectly subject to external management.
